Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GTA Apparel ("we," "us," "our") and any products purchased through this website. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products

Everything we sell is a digital product — custom peds, clothing packs, vehicle packs, MLOs, and scripts designed for use on FiveM servers. No physical items are shipped. Access is granted immediately (or shortly after) payment is confirmed, as described on each product page.

2. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that asset on the number of servers stated on the product page (one server unless otherwise specified). You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, leak, or share purchased files with anyone who has not paid for them
• Re-upload our products to public marketplaces, leak sites, or other stores
• Claim authorship of assets you did not create
• Use purchased assets outside of FiveM without our prior written permission

Violating these terms may result in your access being revoked without a refund, and repeated or serious violations may be pursued further.

3. Account Responsibility

You're responsible for keeping any account credentials or Discord access tied to your purchase secure. We're not liable for issues caused by shared or compromised credentials.

4. Product Changes & Availability

We may update, improve, or occasionally discontinue products over time. Where reasonably possible, existing customers retain access to previously purchased versions.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is covered separately in our Refund Policy — please review it before purchasing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is." While we test everything before release, we can't guarantee compatibility with every possible server configuration, and we're not liable for indirect damages (like server downtime or data loss) arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
