Ordering & Delivery
How do I receive my purchase after checkout?
Every order is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll get access to your files/keys immediately — either as a direct download link on the order confirmation page, sent to the email you checked out with, or through our Discord if the product requires manual setup (e.g. certain MLOs or custom peds).
I didn't receive my order. What do I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder — order confirmations occasionally get filtered there. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, open a ticket in our Discord support channel with your order number (or the email/card used) and we'll sort it out right away.
Can I use my purchase on more than one server?
Unless a product page says otherwise, licenses are per-server. If you're running multiple FiveM servers and want to use the same asset on each, reach out first — we're usually happy to work out a fair multi-server license.
Installation & Compatibility
Do I need any special resources or dependencies?
Most scripts and MLOs list their dependencies (like ox_lib, qb-core, or ESX) directly on the product page under "Requirements." Always check that section before installing.
Something isn't working after I installed it. Where do I get support?
Open a support ticket in Discord with your server's resource console output (F8 errors) and a short description of what's happening. Our team can usually spot the issue quickly from the error log.
Account & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your full card details.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, and card details never touch our servers directly.
