Before You Reach Out

If you're reporting a technical issue, it helps a lot if you can include:

• Your order number (or the email used at checkout)
• Which product you're having trouble with
• Any error messages from your server console (F8 in-game)

This usually lets us solve the issue in one message instead of several back-and-forths.
